TOTO Toilets Help Consumers Navigate the New Normal
The COVID-19 epidemic has brought a new normal to the lives of a lot of people. TOTO is leveraging its technology to help consumers navigate this New Normal.
Kaisen, or "perfection" is a cultural principle that is the driving force behind the Japanese company Toto. Their newest toilet, the WELLNESS TOILET, uses the latest sensing technologies to promote the health of consumers.
Water Sense Technology
WaterSense-labeled fixtures for plumbing are EPA-approved and help conserve energy and water while delivering the most reliable, safe and secure performance. TOTO USA is proud to be among the first companies to earn the WaterSense label for our EcoPower flush valves and commercial flushometer toilets.
Our Aquia IV dual-flush toilet is an excellent example of a high-efficiency bathroom fixture. It only requires 1.28 Gallons of water per flush, which is lower than the 1.6 Gallons required to meet EPA standards for an elongated toilet. The Aquia IV features TOTO TORNADO FLUSH technology, which decreases the frequency of cleaning bowls and the requirement for additional flushes.
Installing a showerhead with a low flow will reduce the amount of water you need for bathing or washing. Our high-efficiency showerheads are WaterSense Rated and feature the latest technology to ensure the highest quality performance.
In the world where water shortages are common, limiting water usage is crucial. TOTO's EcoPower technology, which is found in our Aquia IV toilet and Totopia.kr our NEXUS one-piece toilet, helps reduce the amount of water we use by using only 1.28 gallons of water per flush to eliminate waste.
TOTO's elongated toilets are also certified by the EPA to be high-efficiency. The elongated toilets have an elongated or round basin and an ADA-compliant 17-19" height. We also have an elongated, compact toilet that is ideal for small spaces and consumes just 0.9 gallons of water per flush.
TOTO's toilets are the most sought-after in the market for both business and home use. They are not just more affordable than toilet paper, they also provide a better clean and leave you feeling relaxed and refreshed. The NEXUS bidet features our EWATER+ technology, which is made by electrolyzing ordinary tap water to make the solution of sodium chloride ions and hypochlorous acid. This creates an effective disinfectant that kills bacteria, virus and other pathogens while leaving your skin and environment completely safe.
ADA Compliant
You can find the terms "ADA compliant" and "universal height", but not all toilets that are universal heights are ADA-compliant.
The ADA standards, as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act, are designed to accommodate people of all abilities and ages. This includes those with limited mobility and lower body strength. By incorporating these standards into their products, Toto ensures that their customers will have the bathroom experience they desire with the added benefit of convenience of use.
TOTO's ADA-compliant toilets feature an all-in-one design that instantly enhances the look of any bathroom and provides a functional advantage over traditional two-piece designs. By eliminating the gap between the tank and bowl TOTO's one-piece designs facilitate cleaning by preventing the accumulation of dirt and other debris. TOTO also offers a high-efficiency flushing system with their Eco UltraMax toilets. These toilets are water efficient and consume less than 1.28 gallons of water per flush.
Two-Piece and One-Piece Designs
Many who have traveled to Japan have praised the ease and effectiveness of the Toto toilets they have used. Toto toilets are Japanese brands that have a one-piece design integrating the tank and bowl. They are easy to clean and can fit in tight spaces. They are also very robust and can last for many years.
The group Toto formed in the early 1970s when members performed session work for a variety of famous musicians. Keyboardist David Paich, drummers Steve Lukather and Jeff Porcaro, and bassist Joseph Williams all had been regular contributors to albums by Steely Dan,[73] Seals and Crofts, [74] Boz Scaggs,[75], and Sonny and Cher, among others.
Some of the members also have solo work. Vocalist Bobby Kimball released a album called From the Inside in 1978. guitarist Steve Lukather a second LP entitled Luke and keyboardists David Paich and Joe Porcaro recorded an album with jazz pianist Miles Davis.
Toto as well as their music has done many tours throughout the years. In February 2018, they released their 40 Trips Around The Sun anniversary album and embarked upon a world tour in order to promote the album.
Central to TOTO's Total Design principle is taking into consideration the needs of everyone of all different ages and abilities. They offer a variety of Universal Height toilets and sinks that are easy for anyone to reach, including those who have limited mobility. The WASHLET+ line of bidets has transformed the experience of using a toilet from wiping into a stream of water. Many people are turning to this better option.
Noise Reduction
In the United States bathrooms are often located near bedrooms. Therefore toilets that are quiet are very well-liked. And TOTO has found a way to achieve that with its Washlet, a bidet with an electric seat. Combining a rimless, round bowl that consumes less water, and a powerful spray of warm air that cleans and dries skin, TOTO's toilets have been described as "magical."
While Japan embraces its technological achievements but it also has a deep appreciation for the humble toilet. The Toilet Museum in Japan, which debuted in 1998, uses these attributes to inspire people to reconsider their bathroom habits. The museum uses an electric motorcycle powered by poop to demonstrate the fact that TOTO products are both effective and environmentally friendly.
The museum also displays TOTO's innovations, starting from the first flush all the way to the aeration-based toilet that uses less water and reduces waste by 90 percent. The museum also includes the company's Washlet that uses the power of water to clean and dry the user, while making the toilet sound less embarrassing by using the sound of birds chirping.
Before forming Toto members like bassist David Hungate and drummer Jeff Porcaro played on albums by famous artists such as Steely Dan Seals and Crofts Boz Scaggs and Sonny and Cher. Keyboardist David Paich was a regular on sessions for artists like the Eagles, Larry Carlton, and Quincy Jones.
In the years following Toto's debut album, the group struggled to find an appropriate sound and underwent numerous changes of members. Then, Hungate left the band in 1980 to pursue a solo career in Nashville. The reason he left the band was because of a lack of time for his family, as well as a growing addiction problem. The band's ultimate success was based on Lukather and Steve Porcaro.
Comfort
TOTO toilets have been created with comfort at the forefront. This means they come with various features that make your bathroom experience more enjoyable. For example, they have heated seats to keep the user warm. To make things easier, they also have automatic lids which open and close. They also have self-cleaning systems that keep the toilets tidy and fresh.
When shopping for a TOTO toilet, it is important to know what to look for. There are many different models available and it is essential to choose one with all of the features that you need. You will need the model number and the SKU of the toilet to accomplish this. This information is available on the product's packaging or online.
Before the formation of Toto members of the group were session musicians for a variety musicians. Keyboardist David Paich, guitarist Steve Lukather and bassist David Hungate and drummer Jeff Porcaro were regular contributors to albums of Steely Dan, Seals and Crofts, Boz Scaggs, and Sonny and Cher. In 1980, they teamed up with singer/songwriter Joseph Williams to form Toto.
Following the release of Toto IV, the band began to tour extensively. In 1985, Fergie Frederiksen's vocalist was dismissed because he was reportedly having a hard time mixing with the other members. Toto released Fahrenheit in 1986, a year that followed the recording of Fahrenheit.
The album was an alteration from the band's previous music and incorporated elements of jazz and gospel. The album didn't become an instant hit in North America but it did well in Japan. In 1987, Toto played the Montreux Jazz Festival and continued to tour. At this point, bassist David Hungate left the band to focus on his recording and production career. Steve Lukather, a guitarist/vocalist, replaced him.
